This is my fourth update of my 10,000 euros/month challenge. This month I made some improvements and I’ve been also working on a nice new project.
What I did in October
October has been very productive for me. Thanks to the pomodoro technique, I’ve been able to complete many tasks I was keeping on hold from a long time.
On the blogging side, I put more emphasis on creating valuable content than finding new readers. In fact I’ve published my first video, uncopyrighted my articles, and much more.
Regarding minisites, I’ve been working on a new website where people can manage how much their websites are earning. It’s still in beta, but you can already register an account and start to use it.
I’m also starting with Stefan and a few other bloggers a new project that hopefully will go live this month.
Lesson learned
The biggest lesson I learnt on October is that I can get a lot done with the right methods, but I’m still working under my potential.
Show me the money
Ok, so how much did I made in October? The exact amount is $106.32. Most of these were from affiliate commissions on my websites, and just a bit over $2 were from Adsense.
Still not that big amount of money, but I started this challenge in August with no knowledge and no assets, so I’m happy with the results so far.
What I plan to do in November
This month I’ll be working on driving more people to my websites and this blog. To do this I’ll experiment with many techniques and hopefully I’ll come out with more sales and more happy readers.
I also want to start pushing my new web application and create more assets with the help of my virtual assistant.
Bukisa Update
Last month I told you I started to use bukisa. We managed to submit 10 articles per day but after one week our account was deleted because of poor grammar. At that point we had only made a few dollars but I’m sure we could have made more with time.
They have all the rights to do what they did, but I was very disappointed with their service because they deleted the account without notice and kept all money for themselves.

I think you’re on the right track here. Regarding Bukisa, I’m happy they did that to you. I think you’re much better than that. It’s like trying to play on Serie B when you are ready for Champions League ;-)

Hey Oscar. I was curious, how much is 10,000 euros in US dollars? Besides that, nice job so far man!
reply to this comment
Hey Tristan, right now 10,000 euros are 14,728 dollars. Considering than in Italy we pay more than half in taxes, it should be a very decent amount of money.

Nice update. I think that amount of income that you made this month is great! It’s all very scalable so this is only the beginning for you, there’s much more success to come.

The first time I menotized my internet proprity I made around 300 bucks, but it had been already established. You on the other hand, started in August with virtually nothing and you got to this point. Kudos to you, keep it up.
P.S: If you have a nice idea and think I can be part of it, hit me up, I’m looking to get into different markets.

Cool challenge! I wish you all the best and hope you achieve your first 10’000 Euro month soon. Pretty good that you’ve already created some income. The most important part is to get started and actually do something and you seem to have that one covered.

Regarding your goal setting you may want to take Jack Canfields advice of adding “this or better”.
Are you restricting yourself to 10k? I think you should put 10k+
reply to this comment
Hey Mac, thanks for the advice. I don’t consider the 10k a restriction. Maybe the day I’ll reach it I’ll set another goal. Thanks again.
reply to this comment
hmm 10k challenge is very interesting.do you think affiliate marketing is better tan adsense( or Pay per click ) in general
reply to this comment
Yes in my experience affiliate marketing makes more money if you have a relationship with your audience and if your product genuinely help them. Adsense may be appropriate for information websites where you have lots of traffic from search engines, but I’ve not tested this a lot.

On the bright side, it’s growing higher than the previous 2 months. :)

Hey Daniel, I hope it’ll continue in that trend, although i know there will be lows and highs. Thanks for your comment.

Hey Oscar,
Unless I am mistaken that is roughly a 50% increase from september.
Do that for twelve months and you’ll be making 100*1.5(to the twelth power) equals a heck of a lot.
Wait.
Calculator.
$12,974.63.
A month.
Oh yeah! :)

Oscar,
Thanks for the update. Always appreciate the honesty with which you report your results with. Disappointing news about Bukisa but a lesson to be learned always. Your alexa rank is climbing steadily so I’ll be eager to hear about your traffic strategies further. Take care,
Mike

I just started with the blogging world a few days ago… and I have one subscriber. Guess what? I am ecstatic! Yeah, one subscriber is probably history for you, but we all started there at one point, no? I hope that as I learn more, I can offer more, and eventually, perhaps even make some money. But even if I don’t, I don’t think I will ever stop writing, even if I will have 1 subscriber for the rest of my life – I enjoy it too much.
And you seem to enjoy it as well, I have no doubt that you’ll eventually get to your 10,000 Euros a month.
By the way, I love the design of you blog. White, clean, simple. It’s quite nice. Did you design it yourself?

Maybe you could try with clickbank or you could create your own product.
